Do the prices quoted in the Online Shop include VAT?
No. The prices quoted are net of VAT and the VAT amount is added at the checkout stage.
Do I pay a delivery charge?
If you are a Trade customer and your order value is over £500 your delivery will be free of charge.
If you are a Trade customer and your order value is under £500, there will be a £16 delivery charge added to the order.
If you are a Non-Trade customer your delivery charge will be £25.
How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, except for American Express. How do I order?
Take your time and look around the website before you decide! Help is available to find out which product is best for you by calling us on 01473 255888, however our online product descriptions should give you the basic information you need.
First choose the model you require. Our ranges are divided into simple sections depending on mattress type.
Choose the size [and divan base type if applicable] which you require.
If you require, choose ‘Zip & Link’ or ‘Velcro & Link’ to join a pair or beds or mattresses.
If buying a divan set, state which fabric you would like on the divan base, according to size and colour.
State the quantity you would like and click 'Add to Basket'. This will take you to your Shopping Basket, showing you all the products you have selected so far.
If you want to remove anything from the Shopping Basket, just click the 'delete item' link. To change the quantity enter the new quantity in the box and click update.
To carry on browsing, click on the relevant section on the left of the screen and the website will appear again. You can click on ‘Your Cart’ on the right of the screen any time you want to review your purchases.
When you want to pay for your items, click ‘Checkout' on the right hand side of the screen.
On the next page you can either log in as an existing customer, or register your details as a new customer.
Don’t forget to choose the correct delivery type: Trade or Non-Trade.
If you want your goods delivered to your billing address, click ‘Select Address’ under ‘Billing Address. If you want delivery to a different address, just fill in the information at the bottom of the screen and click ‘Use This New Address’.
Next, just enter your credit or debit card details and click ‘Continue To Next Step’. Here you can review your order details, read the terms and conditions and click the box, then click ‘Submit Order To Us’. On the next screen you’ll see a note of your order number.

When can I expect delivery?
The products available online can usually be delivered to a mainland England trade address within 2 – 3 weeks. However, due to the high demand on some of our items, it can take time to source these from our suppliers.
